• Avoid Moisture: While the concrete has been sealed, it's important to prevent prolonged exposure to moisture. Wipe away any accidental spills immediately to prevent potential staining.

• Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Keep the lamp away from extreme heat or cold, as rapid temperature changes can affect the integrity of the concrete and the sealant

 

Brass Component:

 

• Dusting: Regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth will help maintain the brass's appearance. Microfiber cloths are particularly effective in preventing scratches.

• Cleaning: To remove fingerprints or smudges, dampen a cloth with lukewarm water and gently wipe the brass surface. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots. If necessary, a mixture of mild soap and water can be used, followed by a thorough drying.

• Avoid Abrasives: Never use abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh chemical cleaners on the brass, as they can scratch or remove the lacquer finish.

• Tarnish Prevention: Brass naturally develops a patina over time due to oxidation. To maintain the lacquered shine, avoid exposing the brass to excessive humidity or acidic substances, as they can accelerate tarnishing. If tarnishing occurs, consult a professional for safe removal.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• You may initiate a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• The lamp must be in its original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

 

2. Initiation of Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact us within the 15-day return window.

• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if necessary, photographs showing the condition of the lamp.

 

3. Return Process:

• After receiving approval, you will be provided with a return shipping address and instructions.

• Pack the lamp securely in its original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage during transit.

• Include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.

 

4. Inspection and Refund:

• Once we receive the returned lamp, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

• If the lamp is in satisfactory condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage, we may offer you a replacement lamp or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

 

5. Exclusions:

• Returns requested outside the 15-day return window may not be accepted.

• Any lamp that shows signs of misuse, neglect, or intentional damage may not be eligible for a refund.

• Customised or personalised lamps that do not have a manufacturing defect are generally not eligible for return.

 

6. Additional Notes:

• Please note that the colour, texture, and appearance of certain natural materials used in our sculptural lamps may vary slightly due to their unique characteristics. Such variations are not considered defects.
